When to toss your Makeup Product

One of the most painful moments we have to go through is tossing away our makeup products. But makeup actually has a lifespan, and you got to do what you got to do! That eyeliner that's been lying in your makeup bag since forever, is probably doing your eye more harm than you'd expect. And that foundation that you've had for a couple of years and only used a couple of times, is possibly going to give your skin a rash the next time you use it. I think I don't have to go through how expired makeup products harm your skin and eyes, but you have to know that your beloved beauty products can be a breeding ground for bacteria, so as much as you love that perfect shade of red lipstick, you need to toss out your old makep products! You have to keep a close eye on your cosmetics and track down when you opened each and every makeup product. While it may be hard to let go of your favorite makeup purchases, the good news is that you'll b getting yourself some new goodies!
Here's a guideline for when to toss your makeup products...
Foundation: 12 months.
Concealer: 12 months.
Powder Blush: 18 months - 24 months.
Cream Blush: 12 months.
Eyeshadow: 18 months - 24 months.

Liquid Eyeliner: 6 months.
Mascara: 3 - 6 months.
Lipstick: 12 - 18 months.
Lip Gloss: 12 months.
Lip Liner: 12 months. Make sure to sharpen before every use.
Makeup Sponges: 1 month. Make sure to wash after every use.
Makeup Brushes: They could last for a very long time, as long as you regularly wash them and maintain their cleanliness.
